Asgardia-The Space Nation

The concept is to make a unifying force to bind earthlings behind a movement to see our species to move beyond our divisions and colonize space. I can get behind that. It has touches of Elysium the movie , but I’m not against that.

I’m not one of these Transhumanist that believe we should save all humanity. At the same time I’m not one that wants to create a global catastrophe to thin out the masses. I’m more along the lines of a merit based uplifting. Not a birthright.

Asgardia intrigues me on multiple layers. First off is my heathenism. Come on Asgard - Asgardia. Then there is my Transhumanist and Geek side. What they make of it will be fun to watch and participate in.
