Kydex Press

When I purchased this knife I wanted a nice hard sheath to attach it to my jump bag and tactical vest. I looked at a few sheaths online and they were all expensive. So I did some research and come to find out, most of the hard cases are made out of a substance called Kydex, this is a thermoplastic that when heated becomes mailable then on cooling it keeps it form.

I spent less than $30 on all my gear to make this press. Beside the plywood, I purchased most of it from Harbor Frieght. Especially the foam. This was hard for me to find any where else.
