What Blogger Platform to Use

I have used blogger for years as a blog platform, but I am trying to get better on blogging and blogger does not have a app platform, so I have looked at WordPress and Wix. Being as I have used Wix for websites for years I am trying it out first. It is also price, with Wix I can pay monthly, but with WordPress I have to pay yearly. There is also the issue of being about to get almost the full package from Wix without paying anything, where with WordPress you have to purchase a package before you can see all the features.
